Periodic Inspections

Thorough and detailed periodic inspections are undertaken on a 3 monthly basis of all properties under the management of Elite Property Management. Our standards are high and we treat your investment property like it is our very own. On the same day that we inspect your will receive a written and photographic report, after all a picture tells a thousand words!

Final Inspections

Elite Property Management achieves excellent final inspection results. This is because our tenants know what is expected. When a tenant advises us of their intention to vacate we supply a list of our expectations along with contact details for our trusted contractors. Once the keys are handed back we complete a thorough outgoing inspection using the report we created at the start of the tenancy as a guide. You will be informed every step of the way as well so you know where things are up to.  

Fees, Charges, Repairs & Maintenance

We’ve been doing this a while, so it’s second nature for us, which makes it easy for you. You will always be contacted about repairs. No ifs, buts or maybes. During our regular inspections we will take images of any responsive maintenance but also keep you informed of any proactive work that you may want to consider. We can streamline the financial side of things for you too. Council rates, body corporate levies and any other outgoings can be paid directly out of your rental income.
